Description

The house dates back to the 15th century and is located in a picturesque street in the historic center of town in Loreto Aprutino. In 2019 the house was beautifully renovated and equipped with modern facilities. The sturdy thick walls provide cool refuge in summer and keep the cold out in winter. The authentic elements of the house, like the arches and the stone floors, were restored to their former glory.

Eric and Rita took great care finding unique furniture and baroque decoration to create a warm, romantic home away from home. On the roof terrace you’ll be able to enjoy both a nice glass of wine and a panoramic view.

Unfortunately, the historic house is not fitted for wheelchairs.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of support animals. Please, let us know beforehand.
The number of guests staying may not exceed that of the booking. Otherwise the owner has the right to charge extra costs or to refuse guests.
Subletting is not permitted.
Respect the neighborhood. Especially after 10 p.m. peace and quiet are expected. For guest who continue to behave unacceptably: their stay can be ended without refund!
If there are no damages or comments, the deposit will be refunded within a week after your stay.

Wij zijn van 5tot10okt in casa di tonno geweest .Het huis is ruim ,en er is alles wat je hoort te hebben ook airco .Ook een volledige keuken waar je zelf kan koken wat we smorgens en een keer savonds deden .Maar er zijn ook restaurants in het dorp met typische streekgerechten.Het huis was heel netjes, ook de badkamers en linnen, wat ik heel belangrijk vind .Wij geven een 10/10 voor dit heel oude Italiaanse huis met boven-terras waar het heerlijk zitten is ,zon ,uitzicht en rust .Ook staan de eigenaars Eric en Rita klaar om tips voor tripjes in de buurt te geven .Ons najaarstripje in loreto was met een gemiddelde 28 gr heel aangenaam .Ja zeker ...ook wij komen terug .

Zeer leuke bestemming .Een verblijf in Casa di Tonno, gelegen in het pittoreske dorpje Loreto Aprutino,geeft rust en dompelt je volledig onder in het Authentieke Italiaanse leven.Je kan genieten van veel culturele bezienswaardigheden, de zee ligt op een afstand van 25 km en de bergen voeren je door prachtige landschappen naar mooie oude stadjes en kastelen. Deze topbestemming ligt op slechts 25 km van de luchthaven van Pescara. Het verblijf biedt alle luxe in een authentiek Italiaans huis met alle comfort en prachtig terras met zicht op de bergen;;Kortom : een aanrader!
